✔ You won't owe any additional fees if your transactions don't accumulate to cover the $16,000. Simply continue paying the $85 monthly fee and enjoy the abovementioned benefits.
✔ Agents keep the full commission on their initial three personal transactions annually, exempt from the 20% split to eXp Realty. Only a $250 transaction fee, a $40 risk management fee, and a $25 broker review fee apply to the agent for each personal deal.

For example:

Bring a real estate agent to eXp Realty, and you receive 3.5% of their gross commission until they cap each year. Your monthly revenue share is not tied to the company's profitability for the month or quarter; it's a direct 3.5% of the agent's gross commissions.
For example, if one of your agents sells a $500K home and earns a $15K commission, you'll receive 3.5% of the gross commission ($525). It's that simple!
The beauty of the eXp Realty revenue share program is that you continue to receive 3.5% of everything the agent sells until they reach their annual company commission cap of $16,000. Then, it resets for the following year.
The program operates on seven levels or tiers in your eXp Realty Revenue Share Group. The first level includes agents you introduced, and subsequent levels involve agents brought in by your recruits, extending to seven levels.
The breakdown chart above shows that to qualify for the total revenue share amount (2.5%) in your 4th line; you must personally introduce 15+ agents. For the total revenue share amount (5.0%) in your 7th line, you need to bring at least 40+ agents to the company.
Even if you have yet to attract 30+ agents but have real estate agents in your 7th line, you still receive 0.5% of whatever they sell.
